LIMITED WARRANTY

Sealum Industries Ltd. warrants its products against defects in dimensional accuracy and workmanship only. This warranty does not extend to the suitability of the product for any specific application. It is expected that qualified technical personnel, possessing the necessary skills and expertise, will assess and determine the product’s suitability for their intended use.

This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective part, at Sealum Industries Ltd.'s discretion, provided the item is returned freight prepaid to our facility by the original purchaser within 12-months of the original shipping date.

Sealum Industries Ltd. shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages or costs. All published dimensions are provided for reference only and are subject to change without prior notice due to engineering improvements. For clarification regarding design updates, please consult your sales representative.

Sealum Industries Ltd. assumes no responsibility for injury, damage, or unsatisfactory operation resulting from the design, assembly, or use of any system or machine incorporating our products or based on any published information provided. By purchasing any Sealum product, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions of this limited warranty.

RETURN GOODS POLICY

All product returns must be authorized in advance and accompanied by a valid Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Returns will only be accepted for unused stocking items, are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and must be shipped freight prepaid within 30 days of the original shipping date by the original purchaser. Hydraulic cylinders and custom-manufactured items are non-returnable. Orders for custom items may be subject to a cancellation fee once production has commenced.
